Who this policy is about
This website is operated by Fatima Esmail, sole proprietor, based in Lisbon, Portugal. For the purposes of data protection law, Fatima Esmail is the data controller — the person responsible for deciding how and why your personal information is used.

What information is collected
What's collected depends on how you use the site. The main places personal information is gathered are:
When you apply for a live session
- Your name
- A recent photo of you — used as part of how the energy transmission is directed to you individually during the session
- Street and city (not your full address)
- Your intention for the session — whatever you'd like to share about what you're hoping to receive
- Your email address — used to send confirmation, your session link, and related communication
This information is submitted through the application form and stored in a private Google Sheet and Google Drive folder, accessible only to Fatima.
When you make a payment
Payments are handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout and are never seen or stored by this website. Stripe's own privacy practices are described in their privacy policy.
When you simply browse the site
If you accept cookies (see below), some technical and usage information is collected automatically — such as the pages you visit, how you arrived here, and general device/browser information. If you decline, this isn't collected.
Cookies & tracking technologies
This site uses two categories of cookies. You choose which apply to you via the cookie banner shown when you first visit.

Meta Pixel
If you accept analytics & advertising cookies, a Meta Pixel records actions you take on this site (such as viewing the page, submitting an application, or completing a reservation) so that advertising shown to you and others on Facebook and Instagram can be measured and improved. This data is shared with Meta and is subject to Meta's privacy policy.
Server-side tracking (Conversions API). In addition to the Pixel running in your browser, this site also sends some of the same event information (for example, that a reservation was completed) directly from our server to Meta. This is called the Conversions API, and it exists to keep advertising measurement accurate even when a browser blocks or limits the Pixel. It only sends events tied to actions you've taken on this site, and only for visitors who have accepted analytics & advertising cookies — it does not collect anything beyond what the Pixel itself is already permitted to collect.
Microsoft Clarity
If accepted, Microsoft Clarity records anonymized session behavior (such as scrolling and click patterns) to help us understand how the site is used and improve it. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
Google Analytics (GA4)
If accepted, Google Analytics collects general usage statistics (such as which pages are viewed and for how long) to help us understand site traffic. See Google's privacy policy.
You can change your cookie choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain and reloading the page, which will show the cookie banner again.

- To process and confirm your application and reservation for a live session
- To send you confirmation emails, session links, and related updates

The legal basis for processing your application details is your consent, given by submitting the form. The legal basis for payment processing is the performance of a contract (reserving your place). The legal basis for analytics & advertising cookies is your consent, given via the cookie banner.
Who your information is shared with
Your information is not sold. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run this site and deliver the session:
- Google (Sheets, Drive, Apps Script) — to store and process applications
- Stripe — to process payment
- Meta, Microsoft, and Google — only if you've accepted analytics & advertising cookies, as described above
- YouTube — the live session itself is hosted on an unlisted YouTube stream
How long information is kept
Application details are kept for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the session and respond to any related questions, and are reviewed periodically for deletion. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see below).
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information is held about you
- Ask for it to be corrected if inaccurate
- Ask for it to be deleted
- Withdraw consent at any time (this won't affect anything already done before you withdrew it)
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
